AI Native Professionals is for experienced non-technical professionals who want to apply AI to real work. This includes corporate professionals, managers, consultants, freelancers, solopreneurs, SME owners, agency owners, trainers, and business operators.

You will build one AI-assisted workflow around a recurring work process. Examples include reporting, proposals, research, meeting summaries, sales follow-ups, customer responses, SOP creation, content workflows, stakeholder updates, and business operations.

We use Claude Cowork as the main build environment, so participants can go deep, practise properly, and build real AI workflows without getting lost across ten different apps. You will learn how to work with Claude in a structured way, while building habits you can later carry across ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and whatever comes next.

Participants should not use confidential company data during the programme. For workplace-related builds, we recommend using sanitised examples, dummy data, or non-confidential workflows. You can later adapt the workflow inside your company’s approved AI environment.

Both AI Native Professionals and The Courage Chapter Edition are SGD $680. The fee includes the sprint, workflow audit, hands-on build time, workflow templates, implementation planning, two weeks of support, and access to Demo Jam.

No. AI Native Circle™ programmes are not government-funded or SkillsFuture-subsidised. We intentionally keep the programmes non-subsidised so participants have skin in the game and are serious about building, applying, and following through.

Yes. Your company can sponsor your seat directly, or you may request reimbursement through your company’s internal learning or professional development policy. We can provide an invoice, course outline, learning outcomes, attendance confirmation, and completion certificate to support your internal request.

Demo Jam is a private monthly session where members share real AI workflows, learn from each other, and improve their builds. It is not a public showcase. It is a high-trust working session for people who want to keep building. Demo Jam is included for all programme participants.

Participants can receive a completion confirmation or certificate. But the more important outcome is proof-of-work: a real AI workflow you can use, refine, and show.
